Sprattitude

A portrait of Sam Spratt, an up and coming illustrator from Brooklyn. I had originally gone to him asking for advice about digital painting and emulating traditional mediums. He gave me some great tips on texture and brushwork that I am trying to put into effect here. Lately I've been really trying to open myself up and expand my skillset, and this "drawing a day" idea is really helping. I would love some solid critique on this, really bash it and give me ways to improve!
