Shot of my Custom Metroid Converse. They are finally done! Definitely the most detailed shoes I have done so far. About 7 hours of painting with fabric medium mixed into acrylic. Bonus points to anyone who can tell me the significance of the scene of the right shoe.

Duh! Samus is about to kick the shit out of Ridley (again)! Or for the first of many times, if you are speaking chronologically, because this scene is from Zero Mission, the remake of the first game.

No, man, that was on the Ceres Space Colony. I can tell this is Norfair because Samus is fighting Ridley surrounded by a pit of lava. Also, I've beaten Zero Mission about a dozen times, so I can look at any screenshot from it and instantly know its origin. Excellent work, by the way. I would [almost] kill a man to possess such a prize.
